Organize your golf event in your corporate colors

Whether you're planning a closed event, reserved for Yellow Golf Trip members, or an open event, accessible to all, we're here to support you.
Combining business with pleasure is a great way to communicate with players, build a customer file and have fun at the same time.
You don't have to do a thing, we'll take care of everything;

1 - select the golf course where you'd like to hold your event.

2 - Give us 3 possible dates, weekdays or weekends.

3 - Type of event:
. Closed: event reserved for YGT members.
. Open: event open to all.

4 - Choice of game formula:. Indivual Stock Play: All shots are counted, as well as shots played and any penalty shots.
In competition, one player competes against all the others. The competition is won by the player who plays the round in the fewest moves.
. Individual Stableford: 
Points are awarded according to the score achieved on the hole, in relation to the hole's Par, and this time it's the highest point total that is targeted.
. Scramble: A team of 2 or more players. After all the players have teed off, the camp chooses one of the balls for the second shot and all the players (except the one whose ball has been chosen) play their shot from that spot, and so on until the end of the hole.

5 - Start type: 
. SHOT GUN , advantage, everyone starts at the same time and finishes at the same time . . not always easy :-)
. If the start is staggered, the first players may not stay for the prize-giving ceremony.

6 - List of possible services:
. Drawing lots at the prize-giving ceremony. Have players fill in a form, which the sponsor keeps.
. Gift for TEE n°1.
. Hole n°9: 
  Pause with red wine, rosé wine, white wine, cold meats, cheese, fruit.
  Gastro break: white wine, foie gras ... 

7 - Prize-giving cocktail . Several formulas available.
. 1 glass of kir, chips, peanuts, crackers.
. 1 glass of Kir, 3 salted, 2 sweet / person
. 1 glass of champagne, 3 salted, 2 sweet /person
. Lunch cocktail
. Cocktail dinner
. Country buffet

8 - Your budget:
. less than 1000€ HT
. between €1000 and €1500 excl.
. between €1,500 and €2,000 excl.
. more than 2000 € HT

What you need to know
To ensure the success of your event, Yellow Golf Trip takes care of everything:
- Preparing the competition
- Putting your event online
- Player registration and payment
- Receipt of prizes or other items the day before or the morning of the event. If the prizes are sent to the site by a carrier, we check that the golf course has received them correctly.
- Welcoming players on the day of the competition
- Distribution of scorecards to players
- Setting up a Starter at the start of the 1 
- Before and on the day of the event, we check with the golf course manager that everything is ready for the services requested.
